Customized Products:

Please note that our products are customized when you place an order. For this reason, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any customized products unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.

Defective or Damaged Items:

If your item arrives defective or damaged, please get in touch with us within 5 business days of receiving your order. We will work with you to arrange for a replacement or refund.

Non-Customized Products:

If you receive a non-customized product, you are not completely satisfied with; you may return it for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. The item must be in its original packaging and new, unused condition. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

How to Initiate a Return:
